Acceptable performance will be renovation projects to include mechanical, HVAC, electrical and finishes or other similar work performed within the last three years. Proposed contract is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Standard Industrial Code is 1522. Any concern responding to this solicitation is classified as a small business if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $17.0 Million dollars.
