The Government intends to issue a one-year sole-source non-personal service contract to Doss Aviation Inc, 4055 Nonchalant Circle South, Suite 202, Colorado Springs, CO 80917 for the Enhanced Flight Screening (EFS) Program at Hondo Auxiliary Airfield, Hondo TX. Doss Aviation will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform interim management and operations. The performance period for the one- year EFS contract will be 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 1999. The purpose of this one-year contract is to extend services to allow the Government sufficient time to advertise, receive and evaluate offers, award a contract, and allow for a phase-in period on a EFS follow-on contract (solicitation F41691-98-R0021). The performance period for the follow-on period is 1-yr 8-month basic and six 1-yr options. The CBD announcement on the follow-on contract was advertised on 5 May 98.
