Z -- INSTALL HVAC SYSTEM AT LAUGHLIN AFB, TX SOL F41685-98R0064 DUE 071598 POC Mr Kevin Drummond, Contracting Officer, (830) 298-5175 To provide and install a new Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to ready control of Bldg 401 environment. To provide all demolition, rough-in, and building modifications needed to support the new HVAC installation shall be included in this contract. (Additive Proposal) Provide and install DDC environment controls. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. Project requirement will be available on or about 15 June 98. The complete solicitation package including the specifications and drawings will ONLY be available through the internet at the following address: http://www-cons.lau.aetc.af.mil Copies will NOT be mailed out nor will the amendments. All amendments will be placed on the internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the internet and updating their files. The applicable small business standard for interested small business concerns, including their affiliates, is not more than $7 million in annual average receipts for the preceding three years. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 1711. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 30 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. (0149)
