Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: demolition of existing overhead secondary devices, installation of secondary services underground, demolition of existing telephone and cable TV drops to houses, installation of telephone and cable TV conductors underground, installation of handholes, meter boxes, circuit breakers, etc., boring under streets, driveways, and sidewalks associated with conduit and cable installations, relocation of two existing pole mount transformers and installation of three new pad mount transformers and associated primary conductors, installation of primary neutral, bonding of grounding conductor conduit at outdoor meter/load center to grounding electrode conductor, remove service masts from roof, patch roof and shingle to match,bond transformer feed conduit at outdoor meter/load center, and bond service conduit on both ends to grounding conductor at Seymour Johnson AFB NC 27531. The performance period is approximately 330 calendar days. Solicitations will be available on or about 23 Jun 98.
