Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work on the following: Provide base fire alarm system and fire alarm control panels (FACPs), proprietary supervising station, data transmission media, and remove specific panels. Provide interface of existing peripheral devices to new FACPs and system and component testing. Upgrade to include Fire Station #3 and approximately eighteen (18) buildings with bid additives for eight additional buildings as funding allows. Contract type will be firm fixed price based on technically acceptable low price. The performance period is 45 days administrative time and 210 days for on-site construction. A separate technical proposal will be required for the proposed fire alarm system. This acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
