This solicitation will be issued on an unrestrictive basis in accordance with DOD FAR Clause 252.219-7008. Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Work includes but is not limited to the following: painting all existing wood siding, wood soffits, and carport screens on designated units in Area A (wood sided units), painting existing electrical meterboxes, and associated conduit on units in Areas A and B, painting existing unit drip edges on units in Areas A and B, replacing and painting wood privacy fences on units in Areas A and B, painting existing wood exterior doors on units in Area A and painting existing metal-clad exterior doors in Area B, and installing and painting new gutters/downspouts over front entrances of each unit at Seymour Johnson AFB NC 27531. The performance period is approximately 240 calendar days per delivery order. Solicitations will be available on or about 22 Jun 98.
