Swann, Business Assistant, (301) 743-6883 The Naval EOD Technology Division has a requirement to fabricate and test charge 5 sizes of pewter sheathed Flexible Linear Shaped charges (FLSCs): CH-6 explosive loaded 20, 30, 75, 125, and 600 Grains/Foot. The contractor shall: (a) fabricate, inspect and document 5, four foot lengths of 20, 30, 75, 125, and 600 grains/foot FLSCs in accordance with product fabrication specification EOD-X-94009 and associated drawings. (b) test, inspect and document 5, four foot lengths of 20, 30, 75, 125, and 600 grains/foot FLSCs in accordance with product fabrication specification EOD-X-94009 paragraphs 3.4 and 4.5.3. All FLSC acceptance tests shall be witnessed by government representatives from NAVEODTECHDIV Code 451, Naval Surface Warfare Center Division (NAVSURFWARCENDIV) Crane Code 4027 and local Defense Contract Administration Services Management (DCASM). (c) provide certification on all materials to NAVEODTECHDIV Code 451, and (d) provide inspection and test results to NAVEODTECHDIV Code 451 for approval. Please contact Priscilla M.
