Equipment to fit within the MAXIMUM dimensions of Length: 15 feet; Width: 5 feet; Height: 10 feet. The unit shall be designed to operate in a non-airconditioned manufactoring building in an industrial environment. Temperature range: 0 to 120 deg F. Relative humidity: up to 100% Non-Condensing. Single source primary power of 460 VAC (+/-5%), three-phase, 60 Hz. System to include all transformers required for individual circuits. System shall not require more than 200 AMPS (at 460 VAC) of electrical power when fully configured and operational. Each welding machine shall operate from a monimal 230/460 volts, 60 Hz, three phase power supply, initally wired for 460 AC attached with 20 ft of (10/4) input power cable. Shall be a constant voltage/constant current type with programmable work piece and torch manipulation consisting of the following components: Power Supply, Work Piece Positioner, Torch Arm Assembly, Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) unit, Oscillator, Wire Feed System and controller. All materials and parts comprising the system shall be new and of current design and manufacture. Standard, off the shelf components with proven reliability shall be used whenever possible. Vendor to install and provide on-site training on GMAW system. Preliminary Installation Planning Drawings to be provided 60 days after date of contract. COTS Manuals, Spare Parts List, PCB certification, OSHA compliance and MSDS information to be provided with equipment. Delivery to be on or before 30 January 1999.
