Scope of work will include providing and installing Code Blue, or equivalent system, consisting of five stand alone units (2 for the visotors lot, 1 for the patient/handicapped lot, 1 for service connected parking lot, and 1 for the doctor's lot) as well as all required radio transmitters and receivers for these units. The system would be monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by the VA telephone operators. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. As a minimum the Government will consider the following factors in its proposal evaluation: Cost or price evaluation, past performance evaluation, quality of the product, and technical evaluation, Request for Proposal No. 636-39-98 has been assigned to this solicitation and will be issued approximately June 22, 1998.
