One Nuerostat Mark III, which includes: high pressure connecting hose, exhaust hose, batteries operating manual and service manual; b. Two Cryoneedles, 44-2T10, 2.lmm; c. Two Cryoneedles, 44-1H3, 1.3mm; d. One Nuerostat Console Cart; e. One Adapter PIV for 6#/E N20 Cylinders; f. Three Nuerostat Probe Stainless Steel Sterilizing Container Sets; g. One Nuerostat SET-UP videotape plus on site inservice. This is a "Notice of Intent" and not an advertisement for competitive proposals. Award will be made on 7/26/98. Since a written solicitation shall not be issued, interested parties must furnish written proof of contractors ability to provide equipment before the VA can issue a written solicitation for a competitive procurement.
