Potential sources and production capability information are being sought for a micro chip sized integrated environmental sensor suite that records time/dated: temperature, humidity, pressure and tri-axial shock event history. The shape is flexible but the volume limits are with 1-2 cubic inches. Operational limits are as follows: Temperature: -50 to +150F, Humidity: 0 to 100% +/- 2%, Pressure:155mb to 2030mb +/- 10mb, Shock 0 to 200 G's +/- 2G's. Additional desired features are : Operating life of 10 years without battery/power source replacement, operator set sample frequency and thresholds, visual status and remaining battery/power source life indicators, and power source shelf-life of 10 years. Data will be stored in non-volatile memory with storage capacity for 2 years of daily readings. If a production version is not currently available or not in the immediate future (1-2 years), then information on production components would also be of interest. Interested parties should submit information adequately describing the characteristics of their production item(s). Submissions should include any available pictures, illustrations, specifications, sample hardware, commercial price list or estimated unit price and the date of availability of production hardware.
