The contractor shall provide C-band and KU-band satellite uplinking services via contractor supplied fiber optic Studio-to-Transmitter Links (STLs); national and international satellite transmission capability; closed captioning interpretation services; as well as occasional services to downlink and record programs and provide video playback-to-air services.
