The AMC Acquisition Center, Chemical Ballistic Defense Command Branch intends to negotiate with Intellitec, a division of Technical Products Group, DeLand, FL, for contractor services to provide unit, direct support and depot level maintenance of the M21 Remote Sensing Chemical Agent Alarm (RSCAAL), National Stock Number 6665-01-324-0637. It is anticipated that an indefinte quantity/indefinite delivery, task order contract will be awarded in support of this effort. The minimum quantity shall be $10,000 worth of tasks and the maximum quantity shall be $499,999 total contract amount. The ordering period will extend through 36 months after contract award. The performance period will extend through 39 months after contract award. The Government will provide M21s to the contractor for evaluation and repair on an as needed basis. Delivery destinations for the repaired items are to be determined. A Justification and Approval, citing 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), i.e. Intellitec is the only source with the technical knowledge and experienced personnel to repair the M21s in a timely manner, has been filed.
