The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Healthcare network Upstate New York (VISN 2) is seeking qualified, responsible JCAHO Certified organization to provide storage, delivery set-up, instruction-in-use, and/or pick-up of Government owned Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to the residence of VA beneficiaries. Major sites are Albany, Bath, Buffalo, Canandaigua and Syracuse, NY. Contractor to provide a secure, contained area for storage of Government owned DME. Proposal will be solicited for the Base Year requirements and four (4) subsequent yearly renewal periods. Solicitation package will be available June 1, 1998.
