and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate six awards to
recipients of Ryan White CARE Act funds under Titles I, II, III, IV,
and Special Projects of National Significance. This project is for the
evaluation of the provision of services funded by the Ryan White CARE
Act, specifically, the impact of ancillary (supportive) services on
both the entry into primary health care of persons living with HIV and
their remaining in care. The RFP is restricted to Ryan White CARE Act
Grantees under Titles I, II, III, IV, and Special Projects of National
Significance receiving funding as of October 1, 1997 ONLY. The period
