Furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment and vehicles to perform the following work: grass mowing, cleaning services, maintenance and repair of buildings and structures, herbiciding, repair electrical and mechanical systems, operation and maintenance of water and sewage systems, beach and buoy maintenance, janitorial and policing services, and a variety of other services associated with the operation of the water resource project at Lake Barkley, Grand Rivers, Kentucky. Lake Barkley is located on the Cumberland River in West Kentucky and North Central Tennessee. This will be a Perfomance Based Contract. Solicitations will be available on or about 24 June 1998. Proposals are to be received by the close of business, 4:15 p.m. Central Standard Time, on 10 August 1998. Work to begin on or about 1 January 1999 with the option to renew for (4) four additional one year periods. Work is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. Standard Industrial Classificatin Code is 8744. Size Standard for Small Business is average annual receipts for preceeding 3 years not to exceed $20 million.
