Work includes road construction, staking, clearing and grubbing, excavation, placement, machine placed riprap, placement of government furnished aggregate, installation of one culvert and one box culvert. The government estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Start work date is estimated to be 09/14/98 with 340 calendar days for contract completion. Solicitation packages should be available on 07/01/98. Government will request proposals and will make award decision based upon a combination of past performance evaluation and price (best value to government).
