The work of this project consists primarily of construction of a complete mound system for sewage disposal, monitor wells, 3,000 gallon septic tank, sewage lift station, approximately 1,300 lineal feet of 3" diameter force main, clean out with box, thirteen 2" ball valves w/boxes, miscellaneous piping, electrical controls, miscellaneous electrical and related work. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project duration is 90 calendar days. SIC Code is 1623. A limited number of solicitation packages will become available approximately in mid-June on a first-come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted. Contractors will have a 30-day response time for submission of offers. There will be no charge for the solicitation package, however, only one copy will be furnished to each requesting party.
