Streets, 0.843km), (Route 50 Mission Streets, 1.670km) = Total length
18.504km on the Fort Totten Indian Reservation, Benson County, North
Dakota. The estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000. There is a
30.00 charge for bidding material and is non-refundable. Only cashier's
checks or money orders are acceptable. This project is advertised under
open-market authority. However, Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 still
applies which requires that preference opportunities in subcontracting,
employment and training be given to Indian/Alaska Native Economic
Enterprises. Failure to complete the subcontracting information in the
