Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, asbestos abatement and removal. The construction cost range for this procurement is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711. The solicitation documents will be available after June 15, 1998. All requests for bid packages shall be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a $25.00 non-refundable bid fee made payable to Chief, Fiscal Service (04).
