The project also includes selective replacement of deteriorated/damaged copper gutters, copper downspouts, removal of dormer fans and replacing with metal louvers, and 1 X 4 wood members at dormers. The Contractor will be required to deliver, use, store, and handle hazardous materials. Lead paint removal is required by the project. The anticipated issue date for this project is 17 June 1998 and the anticipated bid opening date is 17 July 1998. The performance time for this project is 180 calendar days, which includes 30 calendar days to start. The Standard Industry Code for the project is 1521. The small business size standard is a concern, including all of it's affiliates, having an average amount of sales or receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not in excess of $17,000,000.
