Schedule of Items: Item No. 01, Description 3/8" MC 800 COLD ASPHALT MIX, meeting Cal-Trans specification below, Unit TON, Estimated Quantity 3000, Unit Price $______, TOTAL AMOUNT $__________. The supply and delivery of 3000 tons of 3/8" MC 800 cold asphalt mix meeting Cal-Trans specifications dated July 1992. Delivery shall be to the United States Forest Service Airport Pit, located by the Mammoth Lakes Airport. Supplier shall notify the Inyo National Forest, Julie Watt, 760-873-2430 or Dick Weller, 760-873-2436, 48 hours in advance of estimated arrival. The Forest Service will provide a front end loader to facilitate stockpiling. Cold Asphalt Mix Aggregate shall be Dense Graded 3/8" Maximum, meeting the grading requirements of Cal-Trans Standard Specifications Section 39, Type A & B Asphalt 3/8" Maximum. Measurement-The cold asphalt mix furnished by the supply contractor shall be measured by the Ton. Certification-The supply contractor shall furnish certified weight slips for each delivery and certification that the product meets the specifications.
