Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center proposes to enter into a Technology Investment Agreement with the Fuel Cell Consortium, comprising Cinergy Technology, Inc. and Ballard Generation Systems, for the development, manufacture, testing and evaluation of a 250 kW Natural Gas Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell. The cell is to be sited at NSWC Crane on or about 1 June 1999. The entire cost of the project will be shared equally between the Consortium and the Government.
