No other written solicitation exists. The applicable Standard Industry Code is 8733, with a size standard of 500 employees. US Geological Survey, BRD, Florida Carribean Science Center, 7920 NW 71st Street, Gainsville, FL 32653 intend to make an award to the University of Florida for Environmental Investigation including Holistic Data Management Analyses and Synopsis. This is a continuation of a previous effort by the University of Florida Environmental Department. This award will be based on One Year plus up toTwo Year Options. All research organizations who believe that they can provide this service, are invited to submit an affirmative response within 15 calendar days from the date that this notice first appears. An affirmative response must include price lists and other information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this reqirement. Additionally, vendors must demonstrate technical proficiency in the specific field. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a RFQ will be issued. All affirmative responses must be in writing, no telephone requests will be accepted. This may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement.
