This is not an RFP. In accordance with FAR Part 10, OCALC is conducting Market Research for Technology Task Order Engineering Services (TTOES). The purpose of TTOES II is to acquire sustaining engineering services to support aerospace systems and the associated depot support processes. The proposed contractual action is projected to be for a period of five (5) years. Initially, there will be a minimum dollar amount placed on the resultant contract. Assigned tasks under the proposed contract(s) may include analysis; process modeling; development of technical reports, plans, and recommendations; selection and management of subcontractors; integration of multiple hardware and software design inputs into a single, government-owned, optimum design; preparation and documentation of non-proprietary technical and re-procurement data; prototye design and development; qualification testing; and qualification of manufacturing sources.
