The contractor will be required to: 1) remove and package the asbestos; 2) dismantle and dispose of tank; 3) provide all operational services and clean-up; 4) provide environmental assessment; and 5) transport and dispose of packaged asbestos in an approved landfill. This advertisement replaces the advertisement for the chemical conversion of raw asbestos advertised on or about May 7, 1997 under solicitation number SPO833-97-B-0102.
