This acquisition will be under the simplified acquisition procedures and a request for quote will be issued at the termination of the fifteen (15) day synopsis period. RFQ will have seven (7) days for quoting time with prebid site visit on 19 Jun 98. Only written or faxed requests for RFQ's shall be accepted. No telephone requests shall be accepted.
