SOLE SOURCE PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES The General Services Administration (GSA) to issue a sole source order. The order will procure the services of the American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM), 100 Barr Harbor Drive, West Conshohocken, PA 19428, for a renewal of services to present a standards for asbestos control course, focusing on regulatory and business practice developments to selected GSA Regional Office and Property Management Center staff. ASTM has developed and currently maintains the standards for asbestos project inspection, control and clearance; these have been adopted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) into its model accreditation plan for its asbestos project designer curriculum and its recommended asbestos project monitor curriculum.
