SOLE SOURCE SERVICES PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue a sole source order. The order will procure the services of the American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM), 100 Barr Harbor Drive, West Conshohocken, PA 19428, for a renewal to develop and present a lead-based paint management course, focusing on regulatory and business practice developments. ASTM has developed and currently maintains the Lead Based Paint Management course that has been specifically tailored to enable executives of federal government agencies in the use of ASTM's standards for lead based paint project inspection. ASTM was found to be the only vendor that could effectively meet the standards of the extensive private-sector lead-based paint standards and the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) lead-based paint management guideline curriculum.
