All work shall be done in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The work to be performed in connection with this project will include but not be limited to providing a booster heater and termpering valve for hot water control; removal and relocation of existing floor drains; removal and replacement of existing AHU insulation; repair existing gypsum board wall; replace existing condensing coils; provide new tamperproof receptable at interior; testing and balancing required for new and existing system; and provide "redlined" and accurate "asbuilt" drawings for this project. The performance period will be 210 calendar days; 90 calendar days mobilization and 120 calendar days for actual construction time. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is unrestricted. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing.
