This procurement will be accomplished through a competitive negotiation process. Award will be based on price and other non-price factors. The estimated date is issue is 12 June 1998. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is 13 July 1998. There will be a non-refundable charge for the plans. Information regarding cost and availability will be published in a later announcement. Facsimile requests for plans will not be accepted.
