Provision and installation of interior components including office partitions, finishes, acoustical ceiling tile, acoustical wall covering, vinyl wall covering, ceramic tile, carpet and paint, men's and woman's toilet rooms, plumbing system, fire protection/suppression system, electrical and HVAC systems. Building additions will be constructed of concrete block with Exterior Insulation and Finish System appied. Interior of additions will be finished similar to above. Site work and landscaping adjacent to the building is included. Construction will be phased to allow for the removal and reinstallation of network computer equipment into a construction trailer. Bid issue on or about July 08, 98. Bid opening on or about August 19, 98. Performance period will be three hundred and ten (310) calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and$5,000,000.00. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
