Sealed bids for award of firm-fixed price construction contract for site preparation for Telecommunications Infrastructure Project (TIP) at the VA Medical Center, Louisville, Kentucky. Work includes preparation of spaces to house future telecommunicaitons equipment and cabling. Also included is exterior ductbank installation and related items. Work includes demolition and removal of existing structures, and architectural, plumbing, air conditioning, mechanical, electrical, grounding, equipment installation, and other work as required by drawings and specifications. The work will be done in and around the main hospital, Bldg. l and in several other additional buildings at the VA Medical Center, Louisville, Kentucky. Cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Request for bid packages must be in writing and accompanied by a non refundable $50 per set. Make check or money order payable to: "VA Medical Center, No. 603."
