This is an indefinite quantity construction contract for miscellaneous interior and exterior alterations and repairs on Government facilities. Multiple awards will result from this solicitation and orders will be competed among the successful awardees. A minimum of $50,000 is guarenteed to each awardee. The basic contract period shall be for twelve (12) months with options not to exceed forty-eight (48) months. The maximum allowable work to be ordered under each twelve month period is $10 million for a total not to exceed $50 million. This is a competitive negotiation requiring the submission of technical proposals. Award of this project will be made considering price, past performance and the following technical factors: relevant experience; management plan; quality, workmanship and scheduling; and, safety and health information. This project is set aside for award under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act as a competitive Section 8(a) solicitation. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the related Small Business Size Admnistration to receive projects within the Washington, Baltimore and Richmond District Office regions.
