Installation of three (3) chilled water fan coil units (two ton nominal size) to be served by existing water chiller. Provide approximately 500 square foot addition to existing storage building. Upgrade/extend electrical and mechanical shore ties to serve 87' vessel. Relocate cooking equipment in kitchen and remodel dining room. Replace approximately 72 windows in eight 3-4 bedroom housing units. Replace kitchen and bedroom cabinets in eight 3-4 bedroom houisng units. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The estimated bid opening date is Auguest 1998. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required.
