The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) requires Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM) for the B1-B Defensive System Upgrade Program (DSUP), in support of the 412th Test Wing at Edwards Air Force Base. Requirements include dedicated injected radar frequency (RF) threat generation, hardware, software, test equipment and all relative documentation and training associated with the system. Responses shall be limited to 15 pages and should include, as a minimum, (1) evidence of past experience (2) related projects (3) whether or not they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or woman owned businesses and (4) evidence that they can provide a threat simulator of this configuration and can provide hardware, software, required to perform programming and post test data analysis. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. Interested contractors capable of meeting must submit clear and convincing literature and pricing that fully demonstrates their capability to meet the requirement.
