SOL DABT60-98-R-0016 DUE 082898 POC Contract Specialist Janice Elliott (757) 878-1351 (Site Code DABT60) The U.S. Army Training Support Center (USATSC), Distance Learning Directorate (DLD), Fort Eustis, VA, in support of the Army Distance Learning Plan (ADLP) and Army Training XXI, requires the contractor/s to evaluate, analyze, design, develop, implement, manage, and deliver on a delivery order basis training products and services for federal government agencies. The contractor/s shall design and carry out methodologies to assess training needs, specify training objectives, develop training content, plan training delivery that is cost effective and utilizes appropriate training media, produce courseware and/or training materials, and evaluate training. The industry standard for development of educational technology is the instructional system design/systems approach to training (ISD/SAT) process (Army uses SAT). This acquisition is unrestricted. The government anticipates either making a single or multiple awards under this acquisition and will require a subcontracting plan to include a 20% set-aside.
