The Perior of Performance will be a Base Period with four option years. The following minimum maintenance support requirements must be met: Provide support to the primary license site and designated secondary sites which consists of software updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and error corrections; and, provide the Government the right to reproduce and distribute copies of the software, modifications and documentation to the secondary sites. Maintenance will be required on the following software: Exceed 11534 Sites; NFS Maestro 2521 Sites; NFS Maestro Solo 3181 Sites; Host Explorer 3635 Sites; Common Ground Desktop 6811 Sites; Common Ground Web Publisher 84 Sites. All versions must be commercial-off- the-shelf (COTS) products with immediate delivery availaable. All firms to include 8a, Small Business and woman owned responding must provide written evidence of 3rd party agreements from the Contractor owning the proprietary source codes.
