Full software maintenance is required to include providing regularly recurring maintenance; new releases; the right to bring all licensed users up to the same release level; corrections & revisions with best effort for error detection and correction of reported errors; enhancements to current products with instructions for implementation; telephonic support, and duplication & distribution.
