The following minimum maintenance support requirements must be met: Provide support to the primary license site and designated secondary sites which consists of software updates, revisions, modificatins, enhancements and error corrections; and, provide the Government the right to reproduce and distribute copies of the software, modifications and documentation to the secondary sites. Maintenance will be required on the following software: ATT-3B2 14 Sites; BTOS/CTOS 10 Sites; DOS Professional 9005 Sites; HP/UX Non-RISC 250 sITES; hp/ux risc 238 Sites; IBM/MV/TSO 6 Sites; IBM/CMS 6 Sites; Sun/Solaris 228 Sites; UNISYS 5000 85 & 95 12 Sites; UNIX Professional 4481 Sites. All versions must be commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products with immediate delivery available. All firms to include 8a, Small Business and woman owned responding must provide written evidence of 3rd party agreements from the Contractor owning the proprietary source codes.
