This office has a requirement for a duplicator/copier for the Tennessee Army National Guard for a base period (1 July 98 thru 30 Sept 98) with four (4) one (1) year option periods (1 Oct thru 30 Sep). The duplicator/copier must meet the following specifications: a minimum 65-75 copies per minute, 30,000 -- 60,000 copies per month, automatic two-sided copying, stacker/finisher, universal document handler, stapler/binder and standard cabinet. The duplicator/copier must be capable of reproducing up to 8 1/2" x 14" size originals to up to 8 1/2" x 14" finished size. The machine must have reduction and enlargement capabilities from 65% of original to 121%. All supplies and services to include routine and on-call maintenance except the provisioning of paper are to be included in the resultant contract. The Tennessee Army National Guard is looking for a best value acquisition over an estimated 5 year usage period. Vendors may provide pricing in multiple ways to include cost per copy, flat rate or lease to ownership plans (LTOP). The Request for Quotation number is DAHA40-98-Q-0023. Receipt for this RFQ will close approximately 15 days after this notice is published. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Offerors are asked to provide descriptive literature with their price quotation.
