requirement for about five thousand man-hours of engineering services
to characterize drive performance for differing hull characteristics of
a reduced scale electric motor designed to represent the Integrated
Power System ship propulsion motor. Also included will be training on
Sigma controllers, a dynamic braking resistor and other components. It
is planned to make the award to Cegelec Projects, Ltd, Rugby, England,
subcontractor to the successful offeror under a past competition for
