Command requires one (1), Field Service Engineer (FSE) to provide
technical support for the A/MH-6 (Little Bird) Special Operations
Aircraft. The FSE will be stationed at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. The
initial period of performance is 1 October 1998 through 30 September
1999 with options to renew the contract for up to four additional
years. The FSE must possess thorough technical knowledge of the A/MH-6.
The primary responsibility of the FSE is to provide advisory services
for updating the skills of DA maintenance personnel and to serve as a
liaison between Boeing (Formerly McDonnell Douglas) and the customer
organization. The intended source is Boeing Defense and Space Group.
The A/MH-6 was designed and manufactured by Boeing. The FSE must
possess a security clearance not less than secret. All responsible
sources may submit an offer which will be considered. We anticipate
release of an RFP at the end of June 98 with a scheduled closing date
