Q -- PRIMARY CARE SERVICES SOL RFP 671-86-98 DUE 071798 POC Sandy Farrow 210-617-5151, Carol Sienkiewicz 210-617-5102 Provide primary care services to veterans assigned to the contractor by the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS). Contract will be based on an all inclusive capitated rate. Initial primary care visits will consist of physician's office visit including medical history and physical exam, clinical assessment diagnosis and treatment. Specialty consultation and more extensive diagnositc workups (e.g., Cardiology, Pulmonary, Dermatology, and Computerized Axial Tomography) shall be referred to the STVHCS. The contractor must be able to supply laboratory and radiology services. The sites for this contract will be Brownsville, Del Rio, and Eagle Pass. The contractor is required to be geographically located within/near each area they submit a proposal. Services are to be performed at the contractor's site. Contract is for one year from date of award with two (2) additional one-year options. Solicitation document will be available on or about June 17, 1998.
