R -- DRAFT RFP AND PRESOLICITATION CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT SOL 52-SOBC-9-00002 POC Gloria Smith, 301/457-1867 TELEPHONE QUESTIONNAIRE ASSISTANCE (TQA) PROGRAM -- The Bureau of the Census (BOC) wishes to inform and solicit input from industry regarding the draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for the TQA Program. The draft RFP will be available via the TQA website at http://www.census.gov/procur/www/tqa on or before June 19, 1998. The BOC will conduct a presolicitation conference on July 7, 1998 in Suitland, Maryland. Interested companies must pre- register not later than close of business June 26, 1998. Requests for attendance should be sent via E-mail to TQA_2K@ccmail.census.gov. Due to security and parking restrictions, attendance is limited. Your request should include the Company name, contact person, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address and the names of the representatives planning to attend. Attendance is not mandatory and will not affect your eligibility to submit an offer. Questions and comments to the draft RFP shall be received via E-mail at the above address and submitted not later thanJuly 14, 1998.
