To include preliminary evaluation(s), preassessment audit, registration audit, participation in meetings, certification presentation, associated reports, camera ready artwork of certificates, Contractors and Accreditior's quality seals, copies of directory of companies registered by Contractor, revised to include the U.S. Coast Guard YARD, and optional subsequent surveillance audits. Audits shall be conducted on site at the U.S. Coast Guard YARD, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. NOTE: Contractor shall be a registrar accredited through the American National Accreditation Program for Registrars of Environmental Management Systems as administered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Registration Accreditation Board (RAB). The scope of this accreditation shall include Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC Code) 3730 for ship and boat building and repair. Initial review of the YARD's Environmental Management Manual shall begin within two (2) weeks after award. The resulting contract shall be a firm-fixed price contract with options.
