The Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (VNTSC) intends to issue a competitive solicitation to provide. Institutional Information Support Services on-site at the Volpe Center. These services include six functional areas, as well as a Project Management Component. These functional areas consist of the following: Information Services, Graphic Services, Reproduction and Distribution, Conference Planning and Logistics, Technical Reference Center, and Audio/Video and Photographic Services. A CPAF type contract is anticipated for thirty-six (36) months. The applicable SIC Code is 8744. This acquisition will be restricted to qualified firms under the Small Business Administrations 8(a) program. The Volpe Center uses electronic commerce to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs.
