labor, management, tools, materials and equipment necessary to receive,
dispose and recycle concrete and asphalt delivered by the Government to
the Contractor's facility. Work to be accomplished by means of an
Indefinite Delivery type contract. The contract term is for a period of
one (1) year. the Government shall have the option to extend the term
of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve
months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options,
shall not exceed 60 months. Plans and specifications will be made
available on or about 29 June 1998 only to contractors whose facilities
are within 30 miles of the Norfolk Naval Base. Standard Industrial
Classification Code (SIC) is 4953. This procurement is unrestricted and
