(Site Code DAAD07) Physical Security Guard Services and related security services for the North Range Portion of White Sands Missile Range, NM. Contractor must be able to obtain a SECRET facility clearance. Services to be performed include management and supervision of personnel, providing a fixed post at the Stallion Range Center Gate, managing visitor passes, vehicle registration, badging, photography permits, hunting permits and visitor control activities for areas assigned for contractor surveillance, responding to emergency situations, and developing and maintaining data and requirements as set forth in the contract. Variable requirements to be supported under the contract include providing escort duties for sensitive shipments, establishing and maintaining special posts in support of project testing, and performing roadblock, sweep and evacuation duties. Incumbent contractor has entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the International Guard's Union of America, Local #106. Agreement is effective through30 September 2003. The contract type will be be labor hour with some fixed price elements. The performance period will be one year with three one-year options to extend. Subject RFP is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7381, $9 million or less in average annual receipts for the previous three years.
