The Military Sealift Command, Prepositioning Program, PM-3, proposes to acquire by negotiation, a layerth facility and services for 2 Large Medium Speed Roll-On/Roll-Off (LMSR) Ships. This is a solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as implemented with additional information. The area of consideration for the berth will be the East and Gulf Coasts from Philadelphia, PA to Corpus Christi, TX, including the territory of Puerto Rico. The performance for this contract will be one year with one (1) one-year option. Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple proposals presenting alternative terms/conditions and/or methods for satisfying the requirements of this solicitation.
